Today’s the day! After months of development and Beeta Testing™ , the Honeybee for iOS app has officially launched in the App Store.

What's the Honeybee App?

The Honeybee App lets users “drop Pollen” wherever coverage is needed. By dropping Pollen, you’re guiding the community to deploy Pollen Flowers (what we call our mini cell towers) where they are most needed. 

The Honeybee App requires a Honeybee eSIM in order to work, which can be purchased after downloading and installing the app. 

While Pollen Flowers can only be deployed in the US currently (Pollen utilizes the Citizens Broadband Radio Service, a band of spectrum that the FCC made available to the public without requiring a license), the Honeybee App can be used anywhere in the world to Drop Pollen. This will help guide our future international deployments to countries and regions where users are reporting coverage is most needed!
